Shipping policy

We ship Canada-wide! Shipping charges are applied based on the weight and dimensions of your order. If shipping costs for orders of 2 items or more end up less than what you paid, we will refund them. We will contact you to coordinate details.

Greater Toronto Area and Ontario Delivery

We have partnered with PlantRunz for deliveries in Ontario. PlantRunz will pick up and hand deliver any of our plants and goodies from us to your home. They will put all of their care and love into safely delivering each of our products!

Prices vary based on your postal code ($17.50 - $32.50 + HST) . Please kindly send us yours to send you an estimate for their services.

Local Pick-Up

If you live in Toronto, you can pick up your order directly from our home office/nursery located in The Annex. Please select ‘Local Pick-up’ at check-out and we will follow up directly once your order is ready for pick-up.

 

Winter Deliveries

Please note that we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays during the winter months (Nov - Mar) to ensure a quick delivery. We strongly recommend purchasing next-business-day or 2-day delivery, as well as insulation add-ons for a successful winter purchase. If weather conditions are too risky for shipping, we have the right to cancel the purchase or provide other options for when the weather permits.
