Refund policy

We gladly accept returns and cancellations. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase!

Returns

Mother Selva has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at motherselva@gmail.com with photos and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items should b back within 7 calendar days. Items sent back to Mother Selva without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at motherselva@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the plant/decor piece is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
